Vendors are the backbone to the REO Property Preservation industry. Vendors are required to comply with Federal, State and Local regulations. Most Vendors only work in specific counties within their state.
Using REO Register, Vendors are able to register their company by county and state in wich they work in. Asset Management companies are then able to locate all Vendors within their boundaries to assign work. A Vendor is then able to respond by email or through our "Vendor to Management" integrated app.
By providing this sevice, Vendors and Asset Management companies are able to locate potential work and clients more effectively than scouring the internet.
